| Prices of ARIHANT products are issued only against Inquiry received. | |||
| We Always Remain Supplier for Primary Bidder in Tender Inquires. | |||

All quotations made by
our representatives are subject to conformation and acceptance by our
BOMBAY office. We reserve the right to correct clerical errors in quotations
and invoices.

| 2. | Limited Product Warranty | ||
|
The following Warranty
is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, Implied
or statutory, including, but not by way of limitations any warranty
of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

|
ARIHANT, warrants
to each original Buyer Of Products manufactured and or supplied by Arihant
Products that such products are free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date
of shipment provided that no warranty is made with respect to -
|

| a. |
Any product which has,
been repaired or altered in such a way, in ARIHANT's judgment,
as to affect the product adversely;
|
||
| b. |
Any product, which has,
in Arihant's judgment, been subject to negligence, accident or improper
storage;
|
||
| c. |
Any product which has
not been operated or maintained in accordance with normal practice and
in conformity with recommendations and public specifications of Arihant.
|
||
|
Arihant's obligation
under this Warranty is limited to use reasonable efforts to repair,
replace, or, at its option, refunding the purchase price. The cost of
labor for installing a repaired or replacement product shall be borne
by purchaser. Replacement parts provided under the terms of this Warranty
are warranted for the remainder of the warranty period of the products
upon which they are installed to the same extent as if such parts were
original components thereof, Warranty services provided thereunder do
not assure uninterrupted operation; Arihant does not assume any
liability for damages caused by any delays involving warranty service.

ARIHANT reserves
the right to review and change product specifications from time to time
in the interest of improving function, to reduce cost, to maintain compliance
with prevailing standards, or for other proper business reasons.

| 5. | Cancellations & Returns | ||
|
Orders shall not be subject
to cancellation or modification either in whole or in part without Company's
written consent and then only with terms that will reimburse Company
for all applicable costs in accordance with Company's cancellation policy
in effect on the date of cancellation. In any circumstances, Company's
written consent must be given in advance of Buyer's return of Products
for credit. An order for special Products not conforming to Company's
standard line or which have been damaged by age, exposure or abuse beyond
condition for restocking as new will not be accepted for credit. Other
materials may be subject to deductions from credit for restocking and/or
reconditioning.
